Each document undergoes encryption with a unique code, meticulously designed to bolster security measures. This code consists of 36 characters and is structured into five distinct parts: Part 1 (8 characters), Part 2 (4 characters), Part 3 (4 characters), Part 4 (4 characters), and Part 5 (12 characters). Employing a combination of alphanumeric characters, this encryption method fortifies the document against unauthorized access and ensures data confidentiality at a technical level.
